Multiple Roller Entry Guide

Roller guide boxes manufactured at "AMT" can be used not only for bars & rods, but for many different sections for smooth rolling of sections i.e. angless / Flates / Souares / Rounds etc. "AMT" guide boxes are manufactured out of S.S. Steel/M.S. Steel and have S.G. Iron Guides/C.I guides and best Bearings and hardened rollers (Out of high carbon/High chrome material) to give longer life and smooth surfaces. Rollers guide boxes can be made by "AMT" as per requirement of customers and are a better substitude for imported boxes and are cost effective.

Water for rollers is distributed through the roller holders to the centre of the grooved roller.
Cooling water quality is the same as for roll cooling i.e. Industrial water, which should be free from salt and Toxic Chemicals.
The guides can be mounted in fixed or adjustable cassette frames depending on application in the mill stands.
The setting can be done manually or by use of optical setting device.
